Loading Tools and Setting Tool Life Counters

Insert burs into the 12-position magazine in the right order, run automatic length measurement and configure tool-life counters per material.

Step by step

Open the magazine and identify the position for each tool number

Insert each bur into the position defined in the CAM tool table

Confirm every bur is fully seated and moves freely in its holder

Run the automatic tool-length measurement for all positions

Enter the tool-life counter per material in the controller
