Standard machines leave Shenzhen 7–10 working days after payment. Sea freight takes 25–40 days depending on the port; air freight 5–7 days. Every crate is foam-lined, vacuum-packed and shipped with a tilt indicator.

Yes. CAMDENT machines accept open STL/PLY from any intraoral or lab scanner. Ready-made machine profiles exist for hyperDENT, MillBox and other common CAM packages.

A 4-axis machine rotates the blank on one axis; a true 5-axis machine tilts the spindle (B-axis) as well, reaching deep undercuts, screw-retained bridges and full-arch bars in a single setup. For single crowns a 4-axis is often enough; for complex multi-unit and implant work, 5-axis is the safer investment.

Dry milling is faster and cleaner for zirconia, PMMA, wax and PEEK. Wet milling protects glass ceramic (lithium disilicate) and metals from heat damage. CAMDENT machines support both, so one unit can cover your whole case mix.
