CAMBOT CAMDENT

Complete digital solutions for dental labs

Increase daily output with a connected workflow — scan, design, mill and sinter with machines that are calibrated to work together.

A production lab needs more than a milling machine. It needs a workflow where the scanner, CAM, mill and furnace all agree on the same numbers. CAMDENT ships that as one system.

How the workflow runs

1 · Scan

Capture impressions with the CS360 lab scanner or import open STL/PLY from any intraoral scanner your clients already use.

2 · Design

Design in any open CAD — Exocad, 3Shape, DentalCAD — or use hyperDENT / MillBox CAM with our pre-tuned machine profiles.

3 · Mill

Mill zirconia, PMMA, wax, PEEK or glass ceramic on the SDM6T with true 5-axis motion and ±0.01 mm repeatability.

4 · Sinter & finish

Sinter fast in a 1700-series furnace and finish with our stain & glaze kits for predictable, aesthetic results.

Dental CAD/CAM Milling Machines

SDM6T 5-axis mill

28-tool changer, dry & wet kits, open software — the production workhorse for full-arch bars and multi-unit bridges.

1700 series furnace

Fast sintering (40–60 min) with PID temperature control for zirconia and glass ceramic crystallization.

CS360 lab scanner

High-speed model and impression scanning that feeds clean STL data straight into CAM.

Why choose CAMDENT

One supplier, one service

Hardware, CAM profiles, consumables and support from a single manufacturer — no finger-pointing between vendors.

Matched CAM profiles

Every material we sell ships with milling and sintering parameters tuned for CAMDENT machines, cutting setup time.

Scale with confidence

Start with one mill and add furnaces or a second machine as volume grows, with the same trained workflow.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Scanner, mill, furnace, burs and material blocks are all supplied by CAMDENT with matched profiles, so you get one invoice and one support channel.

Zirconia, PMMA, wax, PEEK, glass ceramic (lithium disilicate) and, with the wet kit, titanium and CoCr. Dry and wet modes can be switched on the same machine.

Most labs are milling their own units within two weeks: delivery plus remote commissioning and one live training session, then on-demand video support.
