Solution
We installed four SDM6T units in the same footprint as the previous two machines, standardised on MillBox with nested strategies for zirconia and PMMA, and set preventive maintenance every 400 spindle hours.
Result
Output reached 300 units per day across two shifts with a 1.2% remake rate. Spindle uptime stayed above 98% over the first year thanks to the maintenance schedule and remote monitoring.
